No More Hot and Spicy Food for Me

I had a farewell lunch at Marco's Pizza. This is my second time visiting the pizza house, I was surprised to see "Big" bottles of Tabasco Sauce being served on the tables. Usually the bottles were came in a smaller size, without any hestitation I had snap a picture of the tabasco sauce. My selling point is no on the huge tabasco sauce, the restaurant makes delicious pizza too. They have a good variety of choice of pizza, spaghetti/pasta and desserts. It will be another alternative for you if you are bored with Pizza Hut's food.

Back to my topic, recently my stomach always feeling ill and uncomfortable especially after I had hot and spicy food. My stomach was discomfort again after I had too many tabasco sauce and chili flakes at Marco's Pizza. The next day I was at home busying visiting the toilet, the experience was un-cool because you can felt the fire is burning your anus. God, I promise I will not take spicy food again.

Since I did not go to work, I was able to watch the re-play of Man United second match. I was curious what could ManU abled to produce without having they key players to play (England most talented footballer -Rooney and the Class of 92 star - Paul Schole). It was a great game, their second-line players were playing football as good as their first match with Fulham. ManU beat Charlton 3 - 0. Darren Fletcher goal was fantastic deceiving 2 defenders before smashing the ball for a goal. A good performance from the veteran when Ole Gunnar Solskjaer cameback on score sheet after 2 years of adsent due to injury.
