Merdeka Day Flashback...

As I started to resume my consciousness, I looked up to table clock. "Gosh~ it is
1:33pm, I must had slept for for 7 hours" I spoke to myself. I crawled myself up and sat on the bed and started to memorize what had happen yesterday...

8:00am 30-08-2006 I was on the way to pick up my colleagues, while I switched on my handphone, there were 2 missed calls from him. "Aiseh, this T..., really scared that I will be lated izzit?" I talked to myself. When I reached his apartment, he started to blast me off with words saying that he had been waiting for me since 7:45am...bla..bla... LOL, I'm not surprised as I already expected what kind of speeches he will gave to me. We left his apartment around 8:18am, and reached to our destination (Saujana Subang) at 8:30am sharp. Me and T had to attend a workshop which was held by our company, we were instructed to be there at 8:30am sharp. Well, we make it on time and there were a handful of people still were not there yet.

It was a successful workshop, I should say that the faciliators were doing a good job. Ok la the workshop contents are all about company strategics, redefined flows and improvement..etc can. The slogan: DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME should be in conjunction with IT'S START IT FROM YOU. In order to adapt to the slogan, I think I will need alot of motivations and reminders to ensure that I have enough of determination to do it, too bad my dog friends dont have enough morale to boost me up as I think they need the same modivation as I do. Luckly I have my angel with me to keep me going.

When the workshop adjourned, we were required to drive to our next destination for our dinner - T3 South Sea Sea Food Restaurant. Me and T had to take a detour to wash my car thanks to those stupid birds's droppings. It was a great night of dinner as well, the food was good and everyone seems to enjoy themselves, at least they were free from their stressful job.

After the dinner, we went for our second round agenda - To celebrate 2 dog friends birthday in Neway 1U. We stopped by Snooker Club first just to waste off 1.5 hour before our karaok session start. Our birthday boy was very mad before he kept losing on his pool matches, however he managed to pull 1 game back on his last game with someone who hasnt played pool for quite sometimes.


12:00am at 1U new wing 4th floor (car park), it was the celebration of our National Day and there was a firework show coming from the Curve. We managed to snap the some shots while we were on the way to Neway (was driving from old wing car park to new wing car park). Too bad I wasnt able to share this wonderful moment with my angel, but I conpensate that on her birthday.

It had passed 12am when I got into room 45, without hesitation I've selected 2 birthday songs for the birthday boy and girl. The boy was still snapping the fireworks in the car park, so we just sang the birthday song for A... first when the birthday boy comes, sure will 'kena' from us. The birthday party madness started right after the birthday boy and girl cut the cake, everyone was like going on berserk, they do thing that very seldom you can see them did in the office, haha... the situation can be only described as "chaotic" :P

It was a special and memorable night, it was not only about celebrating Merdeka or birthday party, it was a night to show tribute to our ex-colleague to be. I've been knowing her for 6 years, been working together with her in the same projects for 3 years. We had have lotsa fun being as colleague and friend. Her resignation sure will leave a void in the team. Her leaving also reminded me that I have to treat and cherish everyone surrounding me even more. Good friends and colleagues are not easy to find, good compainion and partner is even more hard to get, and your parent and family are the people been take care of you since you were born. What would you become if you were a richman without partner, friends and family? The purpose of life is to spend your time with everyone that you could love and loving you. They were the pillars to support you and shape you up to what you are today. Be grateful and thanksful for what you are and what you have now, there is no time for you to regret.

BBQ Dinner, everyone need it?

My company did not have any company dinner for the past 2 years. However the great news is - we are going to get two for this year. The mid-year dinner was just held on yesterday. The BBQ dinner was held in Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club (KLGCC). We were suppose to be there at 6pm. My colleagues and I reached KLGCC early and we've took some pictures while waiting the dinner to start.


As usual, the president of the company would give a "lengthty" speech before eveyone could get their food. The last thing in his speech was the announcement of project bonuses. I was told earlier that KPKT team will be getting the project bonus but I was really surprised when the president had included AG-EG team into the project bonus list. We had been completed our re-engineering phase 2 years ago, it was late, I was wondering what would be the significant impact to the company if the bonus was rewarded a year ago? Or what if those who had leaved the company, if they didnt leave the company would they be happied to receive this reward? The project bonuses might had been late, but it could be just in time to save the de-moralization in the company. Ok, it might not be a big bonus but it is better to have something instead of nothing. Although the bonuses were given at project level, I think that everyone is deserved to claim the bonuses they really gave their 100% to the company.

The next thing people will ask me, what had make me to stay in this company for 6 years? What so special about the company? It is quite subjective to answer this question as it relies on the individual expectation and satisfaction. It wasnt the paid that make me stay, in fact I have to spend budgetly with my salary. My concept is if you earn more you can spend more, if you earn a litter then you must work it within your budget. I'm just like everyone, we need money to sustain our fundament needs and in fact we would like to further improve our living life style if allowed. I was screwed with the company once, yet the company did gave me the opportunity to improve myself and to repair my mistakes. I would say this is my time to repay the company and I would like to see how far I could climb up the company career ladder. This is the goal that makes me stay for the company (unless some drastic circumstances happend within the company). I will talk more about my work/office thoughts in the future.

RED ALERT: ManU 2 Watford 1

Not an impressive game being displayed by MU despite their win on Watford. Watford manage to equalized Silvester's goal with a good set pace. They came close to took the lead at the second half of the match. However Ryan Giggs was abled to steal the winning goal upon the sloppy back-pass between the Hornet's defenders. After 3 games MU still on top of the table, my question is how long will they keep their top position in the league table if they dont keep their consistancy up?

No More Hot and Spicy Food for Me

I had a farewell lunch at Marco's Pizza. This is my second time visiting the pizza house, I was surprised to see "Big" bottles of Tabasco Sauce being served on the tables. Usually the bottles were came in a smaller size, without any hestitation I had snap a picture of the tabasco sauce. My selling point is no on the huge tabasco sauce, the restaurant makes delicious pizza too. They have a good variety of choice of pizza, spaghetti/pasta and desserts. It will be another alternative for you if you are bored with Pizza Hut's food.

Back to my topic, recently my stomach always feeling ill and uncomfortable especially after I had hot and spicy food. My stomach was discomfort again after I had too many tabasco sauce and chili flakes at Marco's Pizza. The next day I was at home busying visiting the toilet, the experience was un-cool because you can felt the fire is burning your anus. God, I promise I will not take spicy food again.


RED ALERT: ManU 3 Charlton 0

Since I did not go to work, I was able to watch the re-play of Man United second match. I was curious what could ManU abled to produce without having they key players to play (England most talented footballer -Rooney and the Class of 92 star - Paul Schole). It was a great game, their second-line players were playing football as good as their first match with Fulham. ManU beat Charlton 3 - 0. Darren Fletcher goal was fantastic deceiving 2 defenders before smashing the ball for a goal. A good performance from the veteran when Ole Gunnar Solskjaer cameback on score sheet after 2 years of adsent due to injury.

Count the tea cups...

There was once, the meeting was attended by the numbers of cups you can found in the photo. As the time passes, when people start making/heading to their own direction, theirs direction will lead people to make decision/conclusion, and the outcomes will eventually moved people around. The cups on the meeting table have been decreasing subsequencely. As for today, there are only 2 cups still being served on the same old table, yet the rest of the cups have been moved. Will these 2 little tea cups will be moved eventually? I guess the cups will stayput as long as the tea pot is still serving a good tea.

2 of my colleagues cum friends will be leaving the company soon yet their resignature shocked me. I did not knew they were resigning till "the wind blows into me" cause there were no signs of indication to tell about their decision. Just wondering why they did not ask my opinion before they submit the resignation letter? Maybe I'm not good enough to share their thought? Maybe I'm not good enough to give advise? Or maybe I'm not serious enough for them to speak up their mind infront of me? Many question arose in my mind, and the answer is yet to be found out within myself or perhaps I had already knew? Anyway, I should make their days count till their last day of service to the company, I would likr wish them best of luck in their new company. So, 2 is leaving soon and WHO'S NEXT?

Manchester United - The Red Devil

New Season 06/07

I started to like to watch MU played their matches during the 90s (ya, it was during the captaincy of Eric Cantona). It was the peak for the team especial when they won 3 titles in 1999. The pass 3 years their performance was abit of lack back and unstable. They were not as fiercesome as during the 90s. However, i'm abit surprised about their preparation for the new season 06/07. They were very serious and their were determine for the title race with the champion - Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool. They had handled their pre-season matches very well especially the young players were determine and mature enough to play good football. The players, the team spirit to win is there, and I'm sure the devil will be even better in the new season.

RED ALERT - ManU 5 Fulham 1

Last sunday, it was their first season game agaisnt Fulham. They took the game with 5 - 1 and I was amased that they were leading 4-0 during the first 20 minutes. Louis Saha is able to fill up the void left out by Van-Nisterooy, in fact I think he is even better that the dutch man especially in the air and the pace. However I do miss Van-Nisterooy and hope he could do well in Real Madrid. Well, I'm looking forward they will maintain their consistancy and pace during their second match with Charlton although Wayne Rooney and Paul Schole will have to serve their 3 matches ban (due to stupid FA decision).

First Blog in 2006

I'm back, hopefully I'm back for good to start filling up blogspot space. Someone is praising himself infront of me saying that he had posted 77 blogs and what I had posted for the past 1 year. He's seem likes very proud of his achivement. Well, he does likes to write but I'm NOT. However, I will try my best to make a couple of interesting posts into the blog. I'm not going to compete with him or anyone else, I would perfer to produce something in-different, unique and interesting to make people keep coming to read my blog. Blog is not my personal diary, it is my MEDIA, my ANNOUNCEMENT, my THOUGHTS and my FINDINGS to share with everyone who visited my blog.

I might start the blog late and slow, I will pick up the pace slowly and produce some good articles to share among the visitors. I have changed the original content of my blog. I have replaced Thin-Sat-Gu-Sing with F2C (for you to see) as the theme for my blog. With a good theme, I believe that it will motivate and drive me to write more. Some has said that by blog-ing, it could help you to improve your english. I'm totally agreed with that (Ok, I'm trying to improve my english). I've promised I will write more... (keeping 2 fingers crossed)

The URGE to BLOG is Back!!!

Dont ask me what had brought me back. The fact is I will be start blog-ing again.

Dont know why, just that all of a sudden, I have the urge to write, tales to tell and thoughts to share. (Maybe I was inspired by Captain Jack Sparrow - a drunk captain with many adventurous stories to be told) The first thing I must do is to change my blog layout and settings. After some tweaking works, the old skin is still the best to make my blog looks cool (Ok, I will keep this template for another month or months).

Well, should I start writing???
